The conditions of the hotel accommodation out of turn
These people are allowed to accommodate out of turn in case of free rooms availability:

Heroes of the Russian Federation and Soviet Union and///

World War II participants
-
Disabled people of the first, second and third groups and people accompanying them.

Representatives of Prosecuting Authority , Internal Affairs, judicial authority, tax authority, courier service, Federal Governmental authorities of communication and information (when in the duty).
The Hotel obligations

To provide an announced quality of service.

To provide full information about services executed by the hotel, forms and ways of payment, to post the information in a Guest folder or at the reception desk.

To consider all the quests’ demands and complaints immediately.

The hotel is not in charge of the city service lines works such as an electricity, heat, water outages, but is obliged to inform the quests beforehand asap.
When check-in:
The quest have to provide their passports. The Certificate of birth is to be provided for children under 14 years old. For free! The accommodation for under 3 years old child is free in case of baby cot usage.
For free! The one under 12 years old child’s accommodation at basic places is free. Extra beds and baby cots are available on demand. The hotel’s confirmation is to be provided for that service.
Extra services are not automatically included into the price and are to be paid additionally. Please pay attention on the fact that breakfasts for children from 4 to 12 years old have to be paid.
In case of two or more rooms booking, the administration will connect the quests and provide the information about prepayment details. The prepayment in the amount of one night staying has to be paid in five days after booking. Otherwise the administration is allowed to cancel the booking.
Parking places are available regarding the occupancy and can not be booked in advance.
