After registration, guests receive a virtual loyalty program membership card, which can be used to book rooms on the official website at a discount corresponding to their current loyalty level.

Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1. To receive a discount on a future booking, log in to your guest account using the same method you used to register.

2. Accommodation discounts are only available for direct bookings on the hotel website: https://venerakazan.ru/en/booking/.

3. When booking on the website, the discount on the reservation is applied to the customer.

4. Accruals for bookings appear in the guest's personal account and in the list of cards 5 days after check-out.

5. By deciding to participate in the loyalty program and registering a profile on the hotel website, the program participant gives the program organizer their consent to the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, modification, use, and other actions related to the fulfillment of the program terms for the duration of its validity.

6. If the participant violates the hotel rules of stay, as well as the rules of participation in the program, the card may be canceled and the guest will be notified by a service representative.Reception or the reservations department, explaining the reasons for the cancellation verbally or by email to the participant.
